New SMS Service Notification

Trust Bank has started a new SMS notification service which will send an SMS against each transaction that a customer make. This SMS Service will help to protect a customer from falling victim of fradlent transaction which house been increasing at an warning rate in the present day society.
Through this SMS services , a customer will get detailed information of his/her transactions and in case of lost or theft of a card, customer will be able to notify the bank with minimum damage and no one other the customer will able to make transaction more then once
since this is a value added service, a customer need to register for this SMS service against some fees. Summary of this service is as under:

• Customer will receive an SMS against each successful transaction
• The SMS will be sent to customer immediately after making the transaction
• SMS will contain details of the transaction which would include both debit and credit card and over the counter transaction.

Registration Process and fees:

• For available SMS notification service , a customer need to register once in a year to get the service for that particular year.
• The registration fee is TK 200/- only.
• A customer need to pay at actual for receiving SMS against each successful transaction.
• Upon registration for this service fees will be automatically debited from customer account
• The registration fees will be debited once in a year while the SMS fees will be debited on a monthly basis
