Trust Trust Thikana is such a product through which we offer the loan to the comparatively low income earners to avail higher loan limit for construction of their semi-pacca house building. We also provide insurance coverage against the loan limit i.e the insurance company will adjust the outstanding amount of the loan in case of sudden death of the borrower during the loan tenor. In this case, the borrower’s family will get relief of paying the outstanding liability to the bank of the deceased person.

Requirements
- Loan application
- Applicant’s National ID/Driving License/Passport copy
- Photographs of applicants (studio photo)
- Salary certificate for salaried person
- Trade license for businessperson
- Personal and business account statement for last one year
- Applicant’s TIN certificate
- Copies of all existing loans’ sanction letter and repayment history for last one year
- Rental deed for rental income and ownership deed of rented property
- Apartment allotment letter/Deed of agreement/property ownership deed
- The concerned apartment must be occupied by the owner
- Age of the property must not be more than 20 years
- Registered mortgage in favour of Trust Bank and original title deed
- Irrevocable General Power of Attorney (IGPA)
- Property insurance covering fire, earthquake, flood, and cyclone
- All documents stated in the application form and as required by the Bank must be submitted
